General...

WILL MY BALLOON BE FILLED WITH HELIUM?
It depends which type of balloon you purchase. All of our balloons will be filled with helium unless they are 

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOON FLOAT FOR?
It depends which balloon you purchase.

   - Decos last up to 4 weeks.
   - Bubbles last up to 6 weeks.
   - Foils usually last 3- 5 days. however they can last a few days longer depending on how they are stored.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BALLOON?
Do not keep your balloon in an environment that is too hot or too cold, this will 
damage your balloon.
Our balloons are to be used for display purposes and are not to be used as a toy.

This delivery information is based on orders which are purchased through the deliveredit app only. Please visit our general FAQ page for delivery information for orders placed on our website. 


CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY ORDER?

Yes you can. There is a notes section on every order.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO ORDER FOR IT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
There is no eligibility required. We offer same day delivery within our stores opening hours. 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?
If you find yourself needing to change the delivery date, call us immediately and we will see if we can make that change for you.

If we have already called the driver to deliver your order, then I'm afraid you will have to pay another delivery fee if you still choose to change your date.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
You will need to cancel and place your order again using the correct address. This is because the delivery fee is based on your address distance from the shop. 

WILL I RECEIVE ANY TRACKING INFORMATION?
You will receive notifications such as "Driver assigned" and "Driver on-route". You will also receive email notifications. 

HOW WILL MY BALLOON BE DELIVERED?
Your balloon will arrive inside a standard balloon bag.
We also offer the option of your balloon to arrive in a balloon box, decorated with a pull bow, which makes it perfect for delivering it as a gift!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RECIPIENT IS OUT?
If possible, our drivers will either leave in a safe place or find a neighbour to leave it with. Only if there is no options at all, your order will then be returned to the shop and there would then be an additional cost to re-deliver.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED ANYWHERE IN THE UK?
We deliver within a 5 mile radius from our shop.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A BUSINESS/ VENUE ADDRESS?
Yes, we can deliver to any address. Please notify your venue of your orders delivery date and time to make sure there is no confusion. 

 

Returns...

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR BALLOONS?
Due to the products nature, we will be unable to issue a refund if an image of the faulty balloon isn't provided within 8 hours of you receiving it from our courier.
To reduce return rates, we inflate our balloons 1 hour before sending them off to you to ensure there is no fault.

MY BALLOON HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED? 
Take a photo and contact us immediately as soon as you notice the fault. We will then investigate why and how this has happened upon the return of the balloon. If it is has been damaged in transit or is simply a faulty balloon, you will be fully reimbursed.
Please do this within 8 hours of 
receiving your balloon.
